1 sectionsให้กำหนดค่าธรรมเนียม ดังต่อไปนี้
(๑) ใบอนุญาต
(๒) ใบสำคัญ
(๓) ใบแทนใบอนุญาต
(๔) ใบแทนใบสำคัญ
(๕) การต่ออายุใบอนุญาต ฉบับละ ๒๐,๐๐๐ บาท ฉบับละ ๕,๐๐๐ บาท ฉบับละ ๕๐๐ บาท ฉบับละ ๕๐๐ บาท ครั้งละเท่ากับ ค่าธรรมเนียมใบอนุญาต ให้ยกเว้นค่าธรรมเนียมตามวรรคหนึ่งแก่บุคคลผู้ขอขึ้นทะเบียนหรือนิติบุคคลผู้ขอรับใบอนุญาต ซึ่งประกอบวิชาชีพในประเภทงานที่จะให้บริการที่มีใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพหรือหลักฐานรับรอง ในลักษณะเดียวกัน และได้มีการชำระค่าธรรมเนียมในการขอรับการอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพดังกล่าวแล้ว เลม่ ๑๓๘ ตอนที่ ๒๓ ก หนา้ ๑๕
