การประชุมตามที่กฎหมายบัญญัติให้ต้องมีการประชุม นอกจากจะดำเนินการตาม วิธีการที่บัญญัติไว้ในกฎหมายแต่ละฉบับแล้ว ผู้ทำหน้าที่ประธานในที่ประชุมจะกำหนดให้จัดการประชุม ผ่านสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ก็ได้ และให้มีผลเช่นเดียวกับการประชุมตามวิธีการที่บัญญัติไว้ในกฎหมาย ห้ามมิให้ประชุมผ่านสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ในเรื่องที่มีการกำหนดชั้นความลับตามระเบียบว่าด้วย การรักษาความปลอดภัยแห่งชาติ และเรื่องอื่นที่คณะรัฐมนตรีกำหนด เล่ม ๑๓๑ ตอนพิเศษ ๑๒๔ ง
