การส่งหนังสือเชิญประชุมและเอกสารประกอบการประชุม จะส่งโดยจดหมายอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ก็ได้ ในการนี้ ผู้มีหน้าที่จัดการประชุมต้องจัดเก็บสำเนาหนังสือเชิญประชุมและเอกสารประกอบการประชุม ไว้เป็นหลักฐาน โดยจะจัดเก็บในรูปข้อมูลอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ก็ได้
