Preamble

ประกาศคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ ฉบับที่ ๙๙/๒๕๕๗ เรื่อง การแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมกฎหมายว่าด้วยการส่งเสริมวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม เพื่อให้การดำเนินการส่งเสริมวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ สมควรแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมผู้รักษาการตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยการส่งเสริมวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม คณะรักษาความสงบเรียบร้อยแห่งชาติจึงมีประกาศ ดังต่อไปนี้

  1. Section ๑ให้ยกเลิกความในวรรคหนึ่งของมาตรา ๕ แห่งพระราชบัญญัติส่งเสริมวิสาหกิจ ขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๓…
