เลม่ ๑๓๘ ตอนที่ ๑๓ ก หนา้ ๑๗ กฎกระทรวง กำหนดค่ำธรรมเนียมเกี่ยวกับเครื่องมือแพทย์ พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๓ อำศัยอำนำจตำมควำมในมาตรา ๕ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระราชบัญญัติเครื่องมือแพทย์ พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๑ รัฐมนตรีว่ำกำรกระทรวงสาธารณสุขออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
- Section ๑กฎกระทรวงนี้ให้ใช้บังคับเมื่อพ้นกำหนดสำมสิบวันนับแต่วันประกาศในรำชกิจจำนุเบกษำ เป็นต้นไป
- Section ๒ให้ยกเลิกกฎกระทรวงกำหนดค่าธรรมเนียมเกี่ยวกับเครื่องมือแพทย์ พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๒
