ให้จัดตั้งศาลปกครองในภูมิภาคขึ้นในจังหวัดเพชรบุรี เรียกว่า “ศาลปกครองเพชรบุรี” และจะเปิดทำการเมื่อใด ให้ประธานศาลปกครองสูงสุดประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษา
