ให้ศาลปกครองเพชรบุรีมีเขตตลอดท้องที่จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ จังหวัดเพชรบุรี จังหวัดราชบุรี และจังหวัดสมุทรสงคราม ในระหว่างที่ยังไม่ได้เปิดทำการศาลปกครองเพชรบุรีตามประกาศที่ออกตามมาตรา ๓ ให้ศาลปกครองกลางมีเขตอำนาจตลอดถึงเขตศาลปกครองเพชรบุรีด้วย เล่ม ๑๒๙ ตอนที่ ๓๔ ก บรรดาคดีของเขตท้องที่จังหวัดที่ระบุในวรรคหนึ่ง ซึ่งค้างพิจารณาอยู่ในศาลปกครองกลางในวันเปิด ทำการศาลปกครองเพชรบุรีตามมาตรา ๓ ให้คงพิจารณาพิพากษาในศาลปกครองกลาง
