Section ๕
ในกรณีที่เจ้าพนักงานซึ่งได้รับอนุญาตให้ครอบครองหรือให้มีการครอบครองยาเสพติด ภายใต้การควบคุมตามมาตรา ๘ มีความจำเป็นต้องปฏิบัติการอำพราง ให้ถือว่าเจ้าพนักงานผู้นั้นได้รับ อนุญาตให้ปฏิบัติการอำพรางและต้องดำเนินการตามที่กำหนดในกฎกระทรวงนี้ด้วย
