ให้เลขาธิการคณะรัฐมนตรีนำความกราบบังคมทูลเพื่อทรงพระกรุณาโปรดเกล้า ฯ ให้ข้าราชการดังกล่าวพ้นจากตำแหน่งเดิมและแต่งตั้งให้ดำรงตำแหน่งตามข้อ ๒ ทั้งนี้ เพื่อให้เป็นไป ตามมาตรา ๒๔ ของรัฐธรรมนูญแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย (ฉบับชั่วคราว) พุทธศักราช ๒๕๕๗
