Preamble
เล่ม ๑๔๒ ตอนที่ ๘๑ ก กฎกระทรวง กำหนดค่าจ้างขั้นต่ำและขั้นสูง ที่ใช้เป็นฐานในการคำนวณเงินสมทบของผู้ประกันตนตามมาตรา ๓๓ พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๘ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๗ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระราชบัญญัติประกันสังคม พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๓ และมาตรา ๔๖ วรรคห้า แห่งพระราชบัญญัติประกันสังคม พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๓ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดย พระราชบัญญัติประกันสังคม (ฉบับที่ ๓) พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๒ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงานออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
- Section ๑กฎกระทรวงนี้ให้ใช้บังคับตั้งแต่วันที่ ๑ มกราคม พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๙ เป็นต้นไป
- Section ๒ให้ยกเลิกกฎกระทรวง ฉบับที่ ๗ (พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๘) ออกตามความในพระราชบัญญัติ ประกันสังคม พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๓
- Section ๓ค่าจ้างขั้นต่ำและขั้นสูงที่ใช้เป็นฐานในการคำนวณเงินสมทบของผู้ประกันตน ตามมาตรา ๓๓ แต่ละคน ให้กำหนดเป็นจำนวน ดังต่อไปนี้…
