Preamble

เลม่ ๑๓๗ ตอนที่ ๑ ก หนา้ ๔ กฎกระทรวง การงดหรือลดเบี้ยปรับ พ.ศ. 2562 อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๖ วรรคหนึ่ง และมาตรา ๗๑ แห่งพระราชบัญญัติภาษีที่ดิน และสิ่งปลูกสร้าง พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๒ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการคลังออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้

  1. Section ๑ให้งดเบี้ยปรับภาษีค้างชำระสำหรับที่ดินหรือสิ่งปลูกสร้างที่ถูกยึดหรืออายัด ตามกฎหมาย
  2. Section ๒ให้ผู้มีหน้าที่เสียภาษีที่จะของดเบี้ยปรับยื่นคำร้องเป็นหนังสือ พร้อมด้วยสำเนาเอกสาร…
  3. Section ๓การงดเบี้ยปรับตามข้อ ๒ ให้มีผลนับแต่วันที่ศาลหรือเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้มีอำนาจตามกฎหมาย…
