เล่ม ๑๔๓ ตอนที่ ๒๐ ก พระราชกฤษฎีกา เรียกประชุมรัฐสภา พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๙ พระบาทสมเด็จพระปรเมนทรรามาธิบดีศรีสินทรมหาวชิราลงกรณ พระวชิรเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว ให้ไว้ ณ วันที่ ๑๑ มีนาคม พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๙ เป็นปีที่ ๑๑ ในรัชกาลปัจจุบัน พระบาทสมเด็จพระปรเมนทรรามาธิบดีศรีสินทรมหาวชิราลงกรณ พระวชิรเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว มีพระบรมราชโองการโปรดเกล้าฯ ให้ประกาศว่า โดยที่ได้มีการเลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎรเป็นการทั่วไป เมื่อวันที่ ๘กุมภาพันธ์ พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๙แล้ว และมาตรา ๑๒๑ ของรัฐธรรมนูญแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย กำหนดให้มีการเรียกประชุมรัฐสภา ภายในสิบห้าวันนับแต่วันประกาศผลการเลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎรอันเป็นการเลือกตั้งทั่วไป โดยให้ถือเป็นวันเริ่มสมัยประชุมสามัญประจำปีครั้งที่หนึ่ง อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๑๒๑ มาตรา ๑๒๒ และมาตรา ๑๗๕ ของรัฐธรรมนูญ แห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย จึงทรงพระกรุณาโปรดเกล้าฯ ให้ตราพระราชกฤษฎีกาเรียกประชุมรัฐสภา ตั้งแต่วันที่ ๑๔ มีนาคม พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๙ เป็นต้นไป ผู้รับสนองพระบรมราชโองการ อนุทิน ชาญวีรกูล นายกรัฐมนตรี PoweredbyTCPDF(www.tcpdf.org)
