Section ๙

การจ่ายเงินจากกองทุน ให้เป็นไปตามระเบียบที่คณะกรรมการกำหนด เพื่อเป็น ค่าใช้จ่ายสำหรับการดังต่อไปนี้

(๑) การดำเนินการในการรับประกันภัยและการทำประกันภัยต่อ และการให้ความช่วยเหลือ ทางการเงินแก่ผู้ประกอบธุรกิจประกันวินาศภัยตามวัตถุประสงค์ของกองทุน

(๒) การบริหารกองทุน และการอื่นที่เกี่ยวกับหรือเกี่ยวเนื่องกับการจัดการกิจการของกองทุน เล่ม ๑๒๙ ตอนที่ ๑๐ ก
