กองทุนประกอบด้วยเงินและทรัพย์สิน ดังต่อไปนี้
(๑) เงินที่รัฐบาลจัดสรรให้
(๒) เงินที่ได้รับตามมาตรา ๑๒
(๓) เงินที่ได้รับตามมาตรา ๑๓
(๔) เงินที่เป็นเบี้ยประกันภัย
(๕) เงินที่ได้รับจากการชดเชยค่าสินไหมทดแทนหรือการคืนเบี้ยประกันภัยจากการทำ ประกันภัยต่อ
(๖) เงินหรือทรัพย์สินอื่นที่มีผู้บริจาคให้
(๗) ดอกผลของเงินหรือรายได้จากทรัพย์สินของกองทุน
