ให้มีส่วนราชการสังกัดรัฐสภา ดังต่อไปนี้
(๑) สำนักงานเลขาธิการสภาผู้แทนราษฎร
(๒) สำนักงานเลขาธิการวุฒิสภา
(๓) ส่วนราชการที่เรียกชื่ออย่างอื่น ส่วนราชการตาม (๑) (๒) และ
(๓) เป็นนิติบุคคลและมีอิสระในการบริหารงานบุคคล การงบประมาณ และการดำเนินการอื่นตามที่บัญญัติไว้ในพระราชบัญญัตินี้ และกฎหมายว่าด้วยระเบียบ ข้าราชการรัฐสภา
