ในกรณีที่สำนักงานตรวจพบเหตุอันควรสงสัยหรือข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการกระทำความผิด ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับอาชญากรรมทางเทคโนโลยีจากระบบหรือกระบวนการเปิดเผยหรือแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูล ตามมาตรา ๔ ให้พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่รายงานต่อเลขาธิการโดยเร็ว
