เมื่อได้รับรายงานข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการทำธุรกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับอาชญากรรมทางเทคโนโลยี ตามข้อ ๓ ข้อ ๔ หรือข้อ ๕ ให้เลขาธิการมอบหมายพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่รับผิดชอบในการตรวจสอบ รายงานดังกล่าว ในการตรวจสอบรายงานตามวรรคหนึ่ง เลขาธิการอาจขอให้หน่วยงานของรัฐ หรือสถาบันการเงิน หรือผู้ประกอบธุรกิจที่เกี่ยวข้อง มอบหมายบุคคลเข้าร่วมปฏิบัติหน้าที่ได้ตามความเหมาะสม
