ประกาศคณะปฏิรูปการปกครองในระบอบประชาธิปไตย อันมีพระมหากษัตริย์ทรงเป็นประมุข ตามที่คณะปฏิรูปการปกครองในระบอบประชาธิปไตย อันมีพระมหากษัตริย์ทรงเป็นประมุข ได้ยึดอำนาจการปกครองแผ่นดินเป็นที่เรียบร้อย ตามที่ได้ประกาศให้ทราบทั่วกันแล้วนั้น เพื่อรักษา ความสงบเรียบร้อย ให้เกิดกับประชาชนทั้งประเทศ คณะปฏิรูปการปกครองในระบอบประชาธิปไตย อันมีพระมหากษัตริย์ทรงเป็นประมุข จึงประกาศใช้กฎอัยการศึกทั่วราชอาณาจักร และให้ยกเลิกการ ประกาศสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉินในพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานคร ลงวันที่ ๑๙ กันยายน พุทธศักราช ๒๕๔๙ ตั้งแต่วันที่ ๑๙ กันยายน พุทธศักราช ๒๕๔๙เวลา ๒๑.๐๕ น. ประกาศ ณวันที่ ๑๙ กันยายน พุทธศักราช ๒๕๔๙ พลเอก สนธิ บุญยรัตกลิน หัวหน้าคณะปฏิรูปการปกครองในระบอบประชาธิปไตย อันมีพระมหากษัตริย์ทรงเป็นประมุข
