Preamble

ประกาศคณะปฏิรูปการปกครองในระบอบประชาธิปไตย อันมีพระมหากษัตริย์ทรงเป็นประมุข ฉบับที่ ๑๓ เรื่อง ให้พระราชบัญญัติประกอบรัฐธรรมนูญบางฉบับมีผลใช้บังคับต่อไป เพื่อให้การดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับการเลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาท้องถิ่นและผู้บริหารท้องถิ่นเป็นไป โดยสุจริตและเที่ยงธรรม และสามารถดำเนินการต่อไปได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง คณะปฏิรูปการปกครอง ในระบอบประชาธิปไตย อันมีพระมหากษัตริย์ทรงเป็นประมุข จึงมีประกาศดังต่อไปนี้
