การบัญชีของสำนักงาน ให้จัดทำตามหลักสากล ตามแบบและหลักเกณฑ์ที่ คณะกรรมการกำหนด และต้องจัดให้มีการตรวจสอบภายในเกี่ยวกับการเงิน การบัญชี และการพัสดุ ของสำนักงาน ตลอดจนรายงานผลการตรวจสอบให้คณะกรรมการทราบอย่างน้อยปีละครั้ง ในการตรวจสอบภายใน ให้มีผู้ปฏิบัติงานของสำนักงานทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้ตรวจสอบภายในโดยเฉพาะ และให้รับผิดชอบขึ้นตรงต่อคณะกรรมการ ตามระเบียบหรือข้อบังคับที่คณะกรรมการกำหนด
