ให้สำนักงานทำรายงานประจำปีเสนอรัฐมนตรีทุกสิ้นปีงบประมาณ รายงานนี้ ให้กล่าวถึงผลงานของสำนักงานในปีที่ล่วงมาแล้ว บัญชีทำการ พร้อมทั้งรายงานของผู้สอบบัญชี รวมทั้งคำชี้แจงเกี่ยวกับนโยบายของคณะกรรมการ โครงการ และแผนงานที่จะจัดทำในภายหน้า
