ให้ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานนวัตกรรมแห่งชาติ กระทรวงวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี ซึ่งดำรงตำแหน่งอยู่ในวันที่พระราชกฤษฎีกานี้ใช้บังคับ ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ผู้อำนวยการเป็นการชั่วคราว ไปพลางก่อนจนกว่าจะมีการแต่งตั้งผู้อำนวยการตามพระราชกฤษฎีกานี้ ซึ่งต้องไม่เกินหนึ่งร้อยแปดสิบวัน นับแต่วันที่พระราชกฤษฎีกานี้ใช้บังคับ
