เมื่ อพระราชบัญญัติ นี้ ใช้บังคับแล้ว บทบัญญัติ แห่งกฎหมาย กฎ คำสั่ง หรือมติคณะรัฐมนตรีใด อ้างถึงบทบัญญัติแห่งพระราชบัญญัติการอำนวยความสะดวกในการพิจารณาอนุญาต ของทางราชการ พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๘ ให้ถือว่าบทบัญญัติแห่งกฎหมาย กฎ คำสั่ง หรือมติคณะรัฐมนตรีนั้น อ้างถึงบทบัญญัติแห่งพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ในบทมาตราที่มีนัยเดียวกัน
