ให้พระราชกฤษฎีกาที่ ออกตามความในมาตรา ๑๒ แห่งพระราชบัญญัติ การอำนวยความสะดวกในการพิจารณาอนุญาตของทางราชการ พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๘ เฉพาะในส่วนที่เกี่ยวกับ หลักเกณฑ์และวิธีการชำระค่าธรรมเนียมการต่ออายุใบอนุญาตแทนการยื่นคำขอต่ออายุใบอนุญาต ยังคงมีผลใช้บังคับได้ต่อไปจนกว่ากฎกระทรวงตามมาตรา ๒๐ วรรคสองจะใช้บังคับ
