ให้นำความในมาตรา ๙ มาใช้บังคับกับผู้ซึ่งได้รับเงินช่วยเหลือตามมาตรา ๖ แล้ว และต่อมาได้รับการบรรจุเป็นพนักงานราชการ โดยอนุโลม ทั้งนี้ เฉพาะกรณีที่สัญญาจ้างมีระยะเวลา เกินหนึ่งปี โดยให้นับรวมระยะเวลาการต่ออายุสัญญาจ้างด้วย
