นอกจากการพ้นจากตำแหน่งตามวาระ กรรมการปฏิรูปพ้นจากตำแหน่งเมื่อ
(๑) ตาย
(๒) ลาออก
(๓) ขาดคุณสมบัติตามมาตรา ๑๔ วรรคสาม
(๔) ดำเนินการตามมาตรา ๑๑ ไม่แล้วเสร็จภายในกำหนดเวลา
(๕) คณะรัฐมนตรีมีมติให้ออก เพราะบกพร่องต่อหน้าที่ มีความประพฤติเสื่อมเสีย หรือหย่อนความสามารถ
