เพื่อประโยชน์ในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของที่ประชุมร่วมตามมาตรา ๑๐
(๒) ในกรณีที่มีการแต่งตั้งคณะกรรมการปฏิรูปตามมาตรา ๒๙ วรรคหนึ่ง แล้ว แต่ยังไม่มีคณะกรรมการ ยุทธศาสตร์ชาติตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยการจัดทำยุทธศาสตร์ชาติ ให้ที่ประชุมร่วมตามมาตรา ๑๗ ประกอบด้วยประธานกรรมการปฏิรูปทุกคณะตามมาตรา ๒๙ วรรคหนึ่ง โดยให้ประธานกรรมการ ปฏิรูปเลือกกันเองให้ประธานกรรมการปฏิรูปคนหนึ่งทำหน้าที่ประธานในที่ประชุม
