ให้กรรมการ ก.พ.ค.ตร. ได้รับเงินประจำตำแหน่งและประโยชน์ตอบแทน อย่างอื่นตามที่กำหนดในพระราชกฤษฎีกา และให้มีสิทธิได้รับค่าใช้จ่ายในการเดินทางตามพระราชกฤษฎีกา ว่าด้วยค่าใช้จ่ายในการเดินทางไปราชการเช่นเดียวกับผู้ดำรงตำแหน่งประเภทบริหารระดับสูง ในการประชุมปรึกษาหารือเพื่อวินิจฉัยหรือเพื่อดำเนินการอย่างใดในหน้าที่ ให้ประธานและ กรรมการ ก.พ.ค.ตร. เลขานุการ และผู้ช่วยเลขานุการได้รับเบี้ยประชุมตามที่ ก.ตร. กำหนด โดยความเห็นชอบของกระทรวงการคลัง
