ผู้ประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลผู้ใดส่งหรือโอนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลตามมาตรา ๒๖ วรรคหนึ่งหรือวรรคสาม โดยไม่เป็นไปตามมาตรา ๒๙ วรรคหนึ่งหรือวรรคสาม ต้องระวางโทษปรับ ทางปกครองไม่เกินห้าล้านบาท
