ผู้ใดไม่ปฏิบัติตามคำสั่งของคณะกรรมการผู้เชี่ยวชาญหรือไม่มาชี้แจงข้อเท็จจริง ตามมาตรา ๗๕ หรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามมาตรา ๗๖
(๑) หรือไม่อำนวยความสะดวกแก่พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ ตามมาตรา ๗๖ วรรคสี่ ต้องระวางโทษปรับทางปกครองไม่เกินห้าแสนบาท
