ห้ามมิให้ผู้ใดโฆษณาหรือไขข่าวให้แพร่หลายด้วยประการใดๆ เกี่ยวกับ การตั้งครรภ์แทนว่ามีหญิงที่ประสงค์จะเป็นผู้รับตั้งครรภ์แทนผู้อื่น หรือมีบุคคลที่ประสงค์จะให้หญิงอื่น เป็นผู้รับตั้งครรภ์แทน ไม่ว่าจะได้กระทำเพื่อประโยชน์ทางการค้าหรือไม่ก็ตาม
