ผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพเวชกรรมซึ่งเป็นผู้ให้บริการเกี่ยวกับเทคโนโลยี ช่วยการเจริญพันทางการแพทย์ผู้ใดไม่ปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานในการให้บริการเกี่ยวกับเทคโนโลยี เล่ม ๑๓๒ ตอนที่ ๓๘ ก ช่วยการเจริญพันธุ์ทางการแพทย์ตามมาตรา ๑๕ ให้ถือว่ากระทำการฝ่าฝืนจริยธรรมแห่งวิชาชีพเวชกรรม ตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยวิชาชีพเวชกรรม
