ผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพเวชกรรมผู้ใดให้บริการเกี่ยวกับเทคโนโลยีช่วยการเจริญพันธุ์ ทางการแพทย์โดยไม่มีคุณสมบัติหรือมีลักษณะต้องห้ามตามมาตรา ๑๕ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งปี หรือปรับไม่เกินสองหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
