ผู้ใดฝ่าฝืนมาตรา ๒๗มาตรา ๒๘มาตรา ๓๓หรือมาตรา ๔๐ต้องระวางโทษ จำคุกไม่เกินห้าปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งแสนบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
