ในการประกอบกิจการกระจายเสียงหรือกิจการโทรทัศน์ ให้ผู้รับใบอนุญาต แต่งตั้งบุคคลซึ่งมีสัญชาติไทย เป็นผู้อำนวยการสถานีประจำแต่ละสถานีเพื่อควบคุมดูแลให้มีการ ออกอากาศให้เป็นไปตามที่ได้รับอนุญาต และจะต้องเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบดูแลการจัดรายการ การดำเนิน รายการ และการออกอากาศของสถานีให้เป็นไปโดยถูกต้องตามกฎหมายและประกาศต่าง ๆ ที่คณะกรรมการประกาศกำหนด
