ผู้รับใบอนุญาตผู้ใดกระทำเพื่อให้เกิดการรบกวนต่อการรับส่งหรือแพร่ สัญญาณเสียงหรือภาพของผู้รับใบอนุญาตรายอื่น ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสามปี หรือปรับไม่เกิน สามล้านบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ และปรับวันละไม่เกินสามหมื่นบาทตลอดระยะเวลาที่ยังฝ่าฝืน
