Section ๑๒
กพฉ. มีอำนาจแต่งตั้งคณะอนุกรรมการ หรือที่ปรึกษาเพื่อให้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตาม พระราชบัญญัตินี้หรือตามที่ กพฉ. มอบหมาย ให้นำความในมาตรา ๑๐ มาใช้บังคับกับการประชุมคณะอนุกรรมการโดยอนุโลม
