ให้ กพฉ. กำกับดูแลให้ผู้ปฏิบัติการ หน่วยปฏิบัติการ และสถานพยาบาล ปฏิบัติการฉุกเฉินให้เป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์ เงื่อนไข และมาตรฐานที่กำหนด การกำกับดูแลการปฏิบัติการของผู้ปฏิบัติการให้เป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์ที่ กพฉ. ประกาศ กำหนด เว้นแต่การปฏิบัติการฉุกเฉินของผู้ปฏิบัติการที่เป็นผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพด้านการแพทย์และ การสาธารณสุขก็ให้เป็นไปตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยการนั้น
