กฎกระทรวง กำหนดหลักเกณฑ์และวิธีการประกาศรำคำประเมินทุนทรัพย์ อัตรำภำษี และรำยละเอียดอื่นในกำรจัดเก็บภำษีที่ดินและสิ่งปลูกสร้ำง พ.ศ. 2562 อำศัยอำนำจตำมควำมในมาตรา ๖ วรรคหนึ่ง และมาตรา ๓๙ แห่งพระรำชบัญญัติ ภำษีที่ดินและสิ่งปลูกสร้ำง พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๒ รัฐมนตรีว่ำกำรกระทรวงมหาดไทยออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
