สัญญารับขนของทางถนนระหว่างประเทศ คือ สัญญาที่ผู้ขนส่งตกลงที่จะ ดำเนินการหรือจัดให้มีการขนส่งของทางถนน จากสถานที่ในประเทศหนึ่งไปยังสถานที่ในอีกประเทศหนึ่ง โดยผู้ส่งตกลงที่จะชำระค่าระวางให้แก่ผู้ขนส่ง
