ข้อตกลงใดในสัญญารับขนคนโดยสารทางถนนระหว่างประเทศซึ่งมีวัตถุประสงค์ หรือมีผลไม่ว่าโดยตรงหรือโดยปริยาย เป็นการปลดเปลื้องความรับผิดของผู้ขนส่งหรือเป็นผลให้ผู้ขนส่ง ต้องรับผิดน้อยกว่าตามที่บัญญัติไว้ในพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ข้อตกลงนั้นเป็นโมฆะ ข้อตกลงที่เป็นโมฆะตามวรรคหนึ่ง ไม่กระทบต่อความสมบูรณ์ของข้อตกลงอื่นในสัญญานั้น
