ตั๋วโดยสารอย่างน้อยต้องมีรายการดังต่อไปนี้เป็นภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ
(๑) ชื่อและที่อยู่ของผู้ขนส่ง
(๒) จุดต้นทางและจุดปลายทางของการเดินทาง
(๓) วันเดินทางหรือช่วงเวลาที่สามารถใช้ตั๋วโดยสารนั้นได้
(๔) ราคาค่าโดยสาร
(๕) ข้อความที่กำหนดให้การรับขนคนโดยสารทางถนนระหว่างประเทศอยู่ภายใต้บังคับแห่ง พระราชบัญญัตินี้หรือภายใต้ความตกลงระหว่างประเทศที่ประเทศไทยเป็นภาคี ตั๋วโดยสารอาจออกโดยระบุชื่อคนโดยสารหรือออกให้แก่ผู้ถือก็ได้
