ให้สถานศึกษาพระปริยัติธรรมจัดให้มีการจัดทำบัญชีตามหลักเกณฑ์ที่คณะกรรมการ กำหนด และต้องจัดให้มีการตรวจสอบภายในเกี่ยวกับการเงิน การบัญชี และการพัสดุของสถานศึกษา พระปริยัติธรรม ตลอดจนรายงานผลการตรวจสอบต่อคณะกรรมการอย่างน้อยปีละหนึ่งครั้ง ในการตรวจสอบภายใน ให้มีผู้ปฏิบัติงานของสถานศึกษาพระปริยัติธรรมทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้ตรวจสอบ ภายในโดยเฉพาะ ทั้งนี้ ตามระเบียบที่คณะกรรมการกำหนด
