ในระหว่างที่ยังมิได้ออกกฎ ข้อบังคับ ระเบียบ คำสั่ง มติ และประกาศ เพื่อปฏิบัติตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ให้นำกฎ ข้อบังคับ ระเบียบ คำสั่ง มติ และประกาศมหาเถรสมาคม ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการศึกษาพระปริยัติธรรมมาใช้บังคับโดยอนุโลมเท่าที่ไม่ขัดหรือแย้งกับพระราชบัญญัตินี้
