Section ๓๔
ให้สำนักงานการตรวจเงินแผ่นดินหรือบุคคลภายนอกตามที่คณะกรรมการ แต่งตั้งโดยความเห็นชอบของสำนักงานการตรวจเงินแผ่นดินเป็นผู้สอบบัญชี และทำการตรวจสอบรับรองบัญชี และการเงินทุกประเภทของ ยสท. ทุกรอบปีบัญชี เล่ม ๑๓๕ ตอนที่ ๓๓ ก ให้ผู้สอบบัญชีจัดทำรายงานการสอบบัญชีและการเงินเสนอต่อคณะกรรมการเพื่อเสนอต่อรัฐมนตรี ภายในหนึ่งร้อยหกสิบวันนับแต่วันสิ้นปีบัญชี
