ให้เจ้าหน้าที่ดำเนินการตรวจสอบที่ดินแปลงดังกล่าวว่าสมควรจะดำเนินการปรับปรุง ดินหรือที่ดิน หรืออนุรักษ์ดินและน้ำ หรือไม่ ให้แล้วเสร็จภายในสามสิบวันนับแต่วันที่ได้รับคำขอ ตามข้อ ๓ เพื่อเสนอความเห็นไปยังอธิบดีเพื่อพิจารณาสั่งการ เล่ม ๑๒๙ ตอนที่ ๑๗ ก
