เมื่อผู้ประกอบธุรกิจบริการการชำระเงินตามมาตรา ๑๙ ซึ่งถูกสั่งระงับ การดำเนินกิจการทั้งหมดหรือบางส่วนตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้หรือตามกฎหมายอื่น มีการร้องขอให้ ฟื้นฟูกิจการ ถูกฟ้องล้มละลาย หรือถูกศาลสั่งพิทักษ์ทรัพย์ ให้ผู้ประกอบธุรกิจดังกล่าวแจ้งให้ ธปท. ทราบทันที ตามวิธีการที่ ธปท. ประกาศกำหนด
