นายเรือผู้ใดฝ่าฝืนหรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามคำเตือนของพนักงานศุลกากรหรือขัดขวาง การปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของพนักงานศุลกากรตามมาตรา ๑๖๔ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งปี หรือปรับ ไม่เกินหนึ่งแสนบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
