ผู้ได้รับใบอนุญาตจัดตั้งเขตปลอดอากรผู้ใดฝ่าฝืนหรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามมาตรา ๑๔๑ มาตรา ๑๔๒ หรือมาตรา ๑๔๓ วรรคหนึ่ง ต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกินห้าหมื่นบาท
