ผู้ใดฝ่าฝืนหรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามมาตรา ๑๒๓ หรือมาตรา ๑๗๒ หรือฝ่าฝืน หรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามหลักเกณฑ์ วิธีการ หรือเงื่อนไขที่กำหนดตามมาตรา ๑๕๖ ต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกิน หนึ่งหมื่นบาท
